After a long and successful career in the industry, working for multiple companies in and around Hull, Scott launched LWJ in 2021. Initially operating as a sole trader, Scott quickly built a strong client base, and started subcontracting to companies across the UK. In 2024, as demand grew, LWJ transitioned to a limited company and began hiring additional staff. Alex keeps all the administration of the company on track. Then to further strengthen the team, Kyle joined as a Technical Manager, bringing invaluable experience to the technical aspects of the business. The future holds exciting possibilities for LWJ, with new roles and trainee engineer positions on the horizon.
